GOOD MORNING LOUISE, NOT SURE WHY YOU HAVE LEFT A NEGATIVE REVIEW FOR THE SERVICE WE HAVE PROVIDED FOR YOUR VEHICLE WHILST IT WAS WITH OURSELVES FOR THE MOT. 1 STAR STAFF HELPFULNESS - NOT SURE WHY THIS IS 1 STAR WHEN YOU WAS STRUGGLING TO FIND OUR GARAGE AND THOUGHT WE WAS ON BLACKPOOL ROAD WE STAYED ON THE PHONE AND DIRECTED YOU STRAIGHT TO THE GARAGE. WE ALSO POINTED YOU IN THE CORRECT DIRECTION WHEN YOU ASKED US ABOUT A LOCAL PET SHOP. 1 STAR QUALITY OF WORK - AGAIN NOT SURE OF THIS AS YOUR VEHICLE WAS BOOKED IN FOR AN MOT AND HAD A CLEAN PASS WITH NO ADVISORIES SO UNSURE ON THE 1 STAR. 1 STAR COMMUNICATION - AGAIN 1 STAR FOR THIS, THERE IS NOT MUCH TO COMMUNICATE WHEN A VEHICLE IS IN FOR AN MOT, THE TEST IS ROUGHLY AN HOUR LONG AND ONCE THE TEST WAS COMPLETED YOU WAS INFORMED.
