Gentleman was very abrupt when I asked what type of service my car required. He just said it is the one you booked online and they don't advice if it requires something different. In my case I had mistaken a full service and should have booked a master service. I queried why they had the information on my car and why they had not advised me. The customer service man at the desk was quite abrupt and defensive. I will not be going back
