Perhaps check what oil is needed before draining the engine? As apparently a specialist oil (unbeknownst to me) was required which they didn’t stock. The car had already been there for 4hrs for Mot and interim service, so going back to wait for another 2 hours for oil to come across town was not good. On saying that if it had been straight forward there would not have been an issue
