I had just bought this vehicle six weeks ago and I decided to book it into a garage as I wanted full peace of mind on my purchase. I looked for recommendations in the search engine and it gave me a lot of options. Hartwells weren't the cheapest but certainly not over the top expensive(£30ish more). I never go for the cheapest anyway as I believe you get what you pay for. I was/am not disappointed as from start to finish the service was first class. Special thanks to Natalie who was fantastic.

I was informed that the garage had not been notified by the central team regarding my booking through Book My Garage. Additionally, I was told that they do not offer a free vehicle safety check. I believe this issue should have been identified when the booking was made, rather than me only finding out after arriving at the garage.

Having my service at Ford was the best thing I have done. Such fantastic communication before the service during and after. Everything was done in a timely manner and I was updated at every step. I managed to drop my car in the morning, go to work and by the time I was back the car was all finished and spotless. I cannot recommend Ford Hartwell enough! If you want a good service and good experience Hartwell Ford Reading is the BEST PLACE TO GO!
