Took my Nissan Qashqai to Glyn Hopkins, Colchester after booking via Book My Garage and was impressed with both the service & price. Booking was for a Major Service & MOT while I waited and both were completed quickly whilst I sat drinking their free refreshments, thoroughly recommend using both BMG and Glyn Hopkins and will be using them again. Thankyou!

I was very unhappy with your service. Booked the car in for am appoint, received email to say bring the car in at 8 am. Arrived just before 8a.m. only to be told they had no paperwork on my car, finally found us on computer to then be told our car would be done pm and ready at 5pm. We had travelled 14 miles to get there and then we had to go home on bus and return by bus, horrendous journey. No real customer service, was not offered a courtesy car which would have been helpful.

I am very sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We do have both Waiting slots and Courtesy cars, these are usually booked quite far in advance of an appointment. Customer who have not booked either of these options are scheduled into a "Drop Off and leave appointment", which for many customers, suits their work or other commitments. I would recommend in future booking in advance for either a waiting slot or a courtesy car.
