The staff are very friendly and very polite. The price through BOOKMYGARAGE was much cheaper than Glynn Hopkin quoted direct which is rather strange. Nevertheless the service appears to be of the same quality and with the same courtesy we have always experienced from them.

I specifically used book my garage because I didn’t want to pay full price for the main dealer service, which I believed was too expensive. I was then delighted to get a secret deal with my main dealer. I thought I’d got a bargain. However when I arrived, they told me because I booked through a third-party they wouldn’t be using Nissan approved parts which would invalidate my warranty so I had to pay extra.

I booked my vehicle for a service via book my garage. I used Glyn Hopkins online check in the day before, and I asked them to check the aircon. On the day of the service I was told they did not have technician to do aircon check. Why could they not tell me this when I booked the service is beyond me. After they carried out the service, it took number of emails to get them to give me quote for aircon service. This meant i had to go back to sort out the aircon issue. I will not be returning.
