I booked was given 08.00 time on line and confirmed by email, , day before they called said don’t open till 8.30 it’s a drop off and we will call you when done!! Very off hand person called and was actually was quite rude “! We can’t move people just for you! Had to cancel, can’t wait all day with children! Shame because you would think main dealers would offer a better service, won’t use again , my car is Nissan and I’m thinking of changing car soon , won’t be going here

My epower qashqai is being recalled for a 2nd time, I believe for a similar issue. Last time it was for 1 day and I paid thirty something pounds for the insurance on a curtesy car which i thought at the time seemed poor on nissans behalf as it wasn't my request to have a recall. Now I'm told the car is needed for 2-3 days when which i MIGHT have a curtesy car if there's 1 available but again at a cost to me for insurance. I find this outrageous.
