Credit to Formula 1 they accommodated us even though they did not have the booking. Sadly there was a cynical attempt to suggest additional work to double the cost when clearly not required example “uneven tyre wear”…. on tyres just 10 days old…… but that is the motor trade.

i left my car and never got any communications whatsoever for days,i would be the one to do the follow up and they kept making promises that the car would be ready at the end of the day,until a week passed
