I was left unaware my car was ready for me to collect, it was lucky I phoned an hour before they were closing. When I arrived we had a little confusion on the price. Once that was sorted I got my keys and as I was putting my dust caps on, A guy come out and gave me my lock and wheel nut that the worker had forgotten about. Just makes me think if I had just got in my car and drove off, would I of seen that again 🤔 I little unorganised.

Booking experience very good and was called back straight away by F1 to confirm. Day of appointment rang garage to confirm staff availability for Service. Person on phone unaware of it. but we carried on. Dropped car off and manager new about the car and who I was. Called again by manager F1 in afternoon there was a delay and could they keep mine into Sunday. On Sunday F1 called my work mobile not my requested number which caused delay. Parts required,cost agreed. Car ready at COB.
