Quoted a rediculous price for parts I don't even need to fix a minor problem. In my opinion they are creating problems to generate work and revenue. I would thoroughly review any quotes given before you go ahead with any work.

According to the Manager there was no booking made ergo this did not take place? Allegedly The details were never sent to them?
