I booked my garage for convenance due to location and had previous good visit. My time was the morning and arrived at 9.30am and was told should have been there for 9am showed them my email which said morning. Told me he will try and fit it in but he was the only mot tester there and there was a manager. Decided to leave it as thought it would be fitted in but went back at 11.30 to see if done but was not and manager gave me a mouthful about not being there for 9. The mot was not done until 1pm

Poor customer service when dropping car off, very dismissive, not communicating the issues raised to other technicians. A clean, relatively new car then needed £500 worth of repairs which was reported to be "just one of the unlucky things that might happen". Not only did they fail to give me an update the next day as requested but they also extended the time for the repair. The technicians did not appear to know what they were doing and I lost all trust in the garage.
