The guy on the reception desk was so abrupt and rude. I arrived at half 9 as I had advised to the lady that called to confirm the booking. He said my booking was 9.15 and that he would try and squeeze me in. I then had a call to advise failures, again pretty rude. I was told I needed to collect my car by 5.15 despite the closing time being 6pm so I had to leave work early. There was a warning lights still on when i drove off so had to return and a had couple of sexist comments during my visit.

Appointment was on time. Brake fluid replaced. Friendly staff. Only negative was leaving my wheel locking on passenger seat instead of replacing in the container in the footwell. Would use them again.
