Booked for an oil service and on arrival was told that they don't know about my booking and anyway, it would cost not 68 but 120 for an oil change anyway. What's the point on advertising on bookmygarage then? Waste of time.

Arrived on time for the appointment scheduled. 8 months pregnant had just come from a difficult medical appointment but was still on time. The man on reception was extremely unwelcoming when we arrived and made a comment about the number of cars he needed to get through and didn't seem impressed we didn't bring the car earlier than the appointment time. When we arrived to collect the car he made further unprofessional sarcastic comments. Overall rude customer service
