Appointment no confirmed, so did not have my MOT. Some of fault down to me for not confirming. Staff tried to sort, but no available slots

I booked an MOT with F1 through Book My Garage but when I turned up at the garage, the booking had not been added to their calendar, so they couldn’t take the job. The garage apologised and couldn’t do anything for me.

Bianca and the whole team couldn’t have been more helpful. From showing me the parts that needed fixing, to discussing the plans and booking me in quickly for the fix, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. This is absolutely going to be my new garage! A huge thanks for going above and beyond.
