Absolutely first class service from Formula One! I highly recommend them!! However, DO NOT book through Book My Garage!! They don’t have any links to Formula One and when I turned up for my appointment booked through Book My Garage, they advised me no appointment had been made and they had no space that day. They were absolutely lovely and overly apologetic despite it not being their mistake! They managed to get my car in for a couple of days time and the service was impeccable. Thank you!

Many thanks for providing your feedback. It’s disappointing to hear the comments you highlighted from the Formula one site. We have offered Formula One the opportunity for a fully integrated booking system with Book my Garage but this has not been taken up by Formula one. Your feedback confirms how much this integration is needed. As Formula one doesn’t take up our integration option. They manage their own bookings; they can set their own availability. They are set by lead times so our garages set their lead time to a certain number of days to allow them the time to book their customers in. With the site in question, we sent the booking confirmation over via email, we email 3 separate contacts within the business and our records show the emails we have sent were delivered ok. We will need to contact the garage to establish the reason this booking was missed and we will feed this back to you following our call.

Book my garage allowed MOT booking for a weds when garage has no MOT mechanics in and did not send booking to garage anyway - wasted trip. Asked to come back next day, MOT mechanic off sick no one called to advise, 2nd wasted trip. Have gone elsewhere, Not a good start.

Thanks for your feedback on the book my garage system. Unfortunately Book my Garage does not have access to the Formula one diary to automatically decline bookings. We'd love to add this and are working with Formula one to find out if this is possible. Your booking was forward to the email address we had on file for Formula One Tonbridge (8/2/23 3.15). From our records I can see the email was sent and delivered. I'm sorry if your booking wasn't picked up by the garage. I will reach out to the garage and ensure we have all details correct. I'm also sorry you had a wasted trip the next day. Thanks for your feedback it is very valuable, we'll use this to improve our service moving forward.
