Quoted for a full service online for £280. Garages rang me to say that the quoted price was too low, and put the price up significantly in order to complete the job. The price charged also differs from the phone quote they (garage) provided me directly.

Ricky, You are an existing customer of ours, and you found a service through this website cheaper to get a lower price. Their price is not for the same service that I quoted as per Mercedes specifications. I explained that this service is not the same as the Full Mercedes service that is actually due. Hence the price difference. We could have carried out the 'cheaper' service as per this website, but not the service actually due. So I don't think its fair to leave a negative review as I explained the whole situation to you.
