I only went in for MOT and the service and attention was beyond expectation. The service reception gave me regular updates. Which considering the extent of my requirements was in my opinion over and above what I was expecting

When I phoned them as, I'd not heard anything, they knew nothing of my booking then charged me double the price of a local mechanic. They said it would be done Saturday for it not to be done, no courtesy car available so I've had to hire one so more expense to myself, I knew main dealers have a poor reputation but it was the only garage Icould get work done in time for work on Monday but that didn't work out, customer service was poor like it or lump it attitude.
