Ok service, room for improvement. No space in the main forecourt on arrival when I called to my allocated appointment time for MOT. Staff member advised me to drive around in circles until a space became available-not ideal. Car didn’t get washed as apparently staff had ran out of time. I wasn’t too bothered about this. Staff at Dacia desk were friendly and professional, no issues there. A bit of room for improvement Evans Halshaw but maybe staff shortages/sickness could have been reason

Terrible customer service! They cancelled my MOT on Friday, even though I had a booking confirmation for 1:30 PM. They shamelessly claimed I should have brought the car at 12:00 PM!! Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I wasted my time for nothing. Avoid this garage at all costs. Never again!

Was a bit surprised how long car had to be in garage. Told I would get regular updates during day. Heard nothing, I phoned them after 3 pm and it was just getting the service done then, and then going for MOT. Car was at the garage at 8.30 am so thought it would have been started on early. I have to rely on a bus which runs hourly and then a 25 mins walk to get from home to garage so an earlier indication of the timescale would have been helpful. However it was ready by 4.30 as told in morning.
