I took my car here for an MOT and Service. Dropped it off, all good, get a message and call at 3pm advising of work needing to be done. £800+ on a 5 year old car including red on brakes BUT my MOT passed. It made no sense, so I took my car elsewhere for a second opinion who said I needed NONE of the work they advised. Unbelievable they are allowed to keep running with all the lies. It's a utter scam going here and will never go again!

Unfortunately it is a shame that the customer feels this way. We had sent a video to the customer showing all work required as well as a quote to carry-out if she wanted. Policy states that all advisory work must be quoted for. Again everything was on the video that she received so we have not over exaggerated in any way. It also states above that the vehicle had not been driven for six months which would be understandable for the brakes to have corrosion on them.
