It is now Evans halshaw Ford Darlington, do not book under the Citroen name as is doesn’t get booked in! Had to call them and they had no booking for me whatsoever, but Adele at Ford was very good and booked my car in for the same day for my MOT

Was called on Friday that my MOT due on Monday can be done on Wednesday due to system problems,without apologizing for causing me problems such as I could not drive my car for 3days.When I asked"how am I suppose to get to work",she just replied it is not her problem and the system problem they have is not her fault and asked if I want the MOT to be done on Wednesday.I accepted it, and she said,she will send me an email.No confirmation email received so I booked MOT with other company.

Terrible customer service is an understatement as I waited all day to find out if my car passed or failed. No call came and I had to go to the garage at 5pm. They blamed the Toyota dealer for not giving them a quote for the part needed. I went to get my car the next day after they quoted me £700 as their technician didn’t have the experience to fix the problem therefore it would take 4 hrs at £120.00 per hour x took it to a small garage and they said the job would take 1.5 hours maximum x ripoff
