Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your recent experience and would like to clarify what happened from our side. When your vehicle came in, it had a management light on. Our diagnostics identified rodent damage, which we repaired. Once the repair was completed, the management light was cleared and no additional fault codes were present at that time. Upon collection, when you advised that the service light had reappeared, we immediately re-checked the vehicle at no charge. The new fault code indicated a glow plug issue. This was not present during our initial diagnostics and is unrelated to the rodent damage repair previously carried out. As a separate fault, it would require additional work and parts as advised.
