I recently booked an MOT online - after many reminders from the on line booking site I arrived with my car- I was then told that my car wasn’t booked in and that I had been sent an email cancelling. However this was not the case and I was rudely told to check my junk- still no email -I was then told that the cancellation was on the system- when asked to show me he could not find it. I did see however mine and the cars details on the screen -seemingly booked in. After a weak apology I left!!!!!

Cancelled my booking and didn’t inform me until I emailed asking what time they wanted me to arrive 3 days before!

Booked 21/1 ok then told no appointments till after 29/1
