Car passed its MOT but a week later the lower arm holding the wheel on snapped leaving the wheel detached from the underneath of the car. A huge rust crack can clearly be seen leaving just an inch of intact metal. Apparently checking that is not put of the MOT so loosing a wheel & control of the car whilst driving is not their concern. Despite what you think their MOT does not ensure the basic running of the car is roadworthy

We are sorry to hear that you are upset regarding your recent visit on the 16th July 2024. I understand our team had spoken to you and looked at the photos you supplied on the 1st August 2024 and you were informed that the suspension arm had signs of having impact damage. It is very unusual for a suspension arm just to snap.

Had a full service and MOT on my car. Was really easy to book online. Had an instant response and advice on what to expect on the day, when bringing my car into the garage. I dropped my car off at 8am and it was surprise to receive a call at 9:50am to confirm that my car is done and ready to be collected. Im really happy with the speed of the service and helpfulness of staff. Great job.
