"Work and explanation of results were excellent (a fault with the air conditioning system meant that it was re-gassed but basically inoperative through no fault of theirs). The extra time it took to establish this (a one hour job turned into two) I was left in the waiting room with no explanation until I eventually inquired with the receptionist as to why it was taking so long - only then did I get the explanation. I would like to think that this was an isolated incident due to the extra work carried out to establish the underlying fault (at no extra cost I must add). Having said that I would have no hesitation in using them again."
