First I booked a service for Saturday morning. I was contacted privately to say they dont work on saturday and could I do Friday instead. I agreed was told between 9.30 to 11am. Called the office at 11.15 to be told the mechanic was off today and they would send someone else around midday. At 1pm I told called and said don't bother. You can't help staff being off. But I shouldn't have to call them to find out.
