Booked MOT & Service. No contact from garage…..found out very late in day, by phoning garage that service had not been carried out as the vehicle was still at MOT garage….Assured us service would be carried out following day. 1500hrs following day no update…phoned again…no service due to staff sickness! Lack of communication was quite unbelievable. Customer service non-existent. Vehicle taken elsewhere for service.
