Nice people, transparent pricing. Great communication throughout. They sent a video to demonstrate the extent of some brake disc wear, and offered to quote me for them - but with no pressure to accept. Car available again in a few hours, with everything complete, and the car felt good on the way home. Saved £250 by not taking it to the dealer.
