The website is very easy to use. The booking process and communications are very good. Tom the mechanic was a good lad, knew his stuff, friendly and within time he stated. The only issue I had was I booked a major service though book my garage and had a confirmation email confirming this, only to find out when Tom arrived it was showing as full service on his paperwork. Looks to be an admin error but felt little disappointed. Apart from the little snag I would use again.
