After no show last week & with mechanic going sick this time, Paul personally drove down from York to attend & fix my car. Fantastic job with a personal touch. Very happy 😀😀😀 Thanks

Mechanic didn't turn up at all and eventually texted saying they were 120 miles away. Paul the MD phoned me 3 hours after the service should have been completed offering apologies. Rearranged for 5 days later saying he would do it himself at 3pm. Mechanic arrived at 9.30am which wasn't convenient as we needed the car that morning. Left messages and emailed without reply. Called again and was told that no-one would be available today to service our car. Requested a full refund. Wouldn't recommend

From start to finish the communication was great. Paul was very knowledgable, and the final service report was excellent. will definately use again
