Expected more and wasn't given a full service check sheet what was checked like with the red,yellow or green check sheet advised on book email or what was advertised on website,what would checked, log book wasn't stamped either, extra work wasn't given a price to fix all, only advised was labour cost per hour, diagnostic another waste of time and money to link a pc to your car, six garages now cannot figure out what a code 84 is.

Hi Graham, Thank you for taking time to review us. we are sorry you where un happy with the service we provided however in our defence we where informed you where scrapping the car as you didn't want to spend any money on it this is why you wernt given estimates to repair your oil leak as you stated there was no point as you had ordered your new vehicle. as for not being able to fix the fault on the car I assured you I could fix the car no problem but as it was a electrical fault it would need time spent on it testing various items and this would be done at a cost of £65 per hour (declined as you where scrapping your car). the only good thing I'm taking from this review is that 6 other garages where as bad as me so at least we are not the only ones. good luck with he new car buddy.

Got an MOT here because of the good reviews. I can only add to these. MOT failed but it was an issue I knew about. Thought the assessment was honest and that I could trust them. Very friendly staff and good communication and gave some good advice. Will get MOT here next year and use them for any work that needs doing. Very happy customer!
