I booked an appointment through book my garage however when I phoned the garage to confirm the appointment they denied any knowledge of the booking.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about your experience. When a booking is made through BookMyGarage, a booking confirmation email is automatically sent to the garage. From there, the garage should contact the customer directly to finalise the appointment details and confirm timings. We understand that this didn’t happen on this occasion, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. We’ll be following this up with the garage to help prevent this from happening again in the future.
