We are very sorry you feel this way that was not our intention. Your vehicle was booked for a MOT which unfortunately it did fail on emissions being very high (plus one other issue). We rang you to tell you this which you then asked us to fix the issues, we did advise you the emissions could fail for a number of reasons but as you could not remember the last time it had a service this would be the best place to start. With your agreement we proceeded to begin an investigation into the reason for the failure and whilst changing the fuel filter within the service - which i may add you haven't been charged for. We found oil in the fuel filter and housing, upon further investigation it is caused by the tandem pump leaking. You were given the quote over the phone to which you were abusive to.
