I booked my car for MOT and service, at what I believed was at the Cazoo premises. I later found out that the car had been taken to a back street garage for the MOT some 3 miles away. I called in the afternoon to be told that my car was ready for collection, but when I got there the car was not there and I had to be driven to the back street garage to collect it, where I discovered car had failed the MOT, which I had not been informed of at all when I called, and had not been notified earlier.

got all the work done with only minor extra problems. As always, can't fault the place. very professional work. The staff also offers discount too which is nice. Would definitely go again.
