My appointment was booked for the 26/10/24. I had to call in tofind out what time I need to drop my car off. Was told 10am saturday. Morning I arrived early. There was no signage to confirm i was at the correct place. I tried to call the numbe rmultiple times and got voicemail each time. Evebtually I went to knock on the door of the address and no one answered. Waited for up to 30 minutes and kept trying to call and find a different number or address before leaving. No one called back

This is a residential property. I arrived at 09:00 this morning to drop the car off. The garage at the side of the property was open- I called out to see if anyone was there - no answer. I ran the door bell of the house 3 times (lights were on)- no answer. I called the phone number 3 times- no answer. I gave up and went to a garage round the corner on the off chance and got MOT booked in. Unfortunately I am unable to cancel this booking on 'Book my Garage' to notify the garage.
