Booked an MOT via Book My Garage and they were supposed to collect the car, no one turned up and I tried to call 10 times and left a voicemail an got no reply

Tony was spot on, MOT and full service, advised on MOT issues and carried out repairs. Good communication throughout. Slight delay in returning car (which was communicated and agreed) but otherwise perfect. Will be using in the future.

Arrived for the appointment. No one there. Waited 30 minutes. Nobody turned up. Went home again. Rebooked at other garage.
