I did place booking two weeks in advance and never received confirmation for a garage. When I did try to call them they say that they don't have any free slots available for a date I did make original booking. Did promise to fit me in a week later. Few days have passed and I again haven't got any confirmation of my booking as it was promised they will do. What's a point of this booking system if garage can't be bothered to check?
