You feel that we should have flushed your cooling system however this would not be part of the service booking which includes top ups that were carried out, we would not carry out additional repairs or servicing without prior agreement. Your vehicle is in poor condition with the engine light on brake pads and discs worn badly we carried out a battery test which showed a replacement was required however you denied any further repairs, also I would like to add here the engine light could be a major fault which you have not had diagnosed and are driving the car as it is. The service book was not found in the vehicle. you came the following day to have it stamped and blocked off the neighbouring business, we asked you to move your vehicle, you seemed unhappy about this hence the review.
