Dear Christine Thank you for taking the time to write your review about your recent visit to Brunel Motors,i am sorry it was not a positive one. It appears to me that this issue was due to poor communication on both sides. We ask for customers to bring their vehicles as early as possible so that by 9am we know exactly what work is in for that day as it is not unusual for customers to simply not turn up. We also had other customers who had asked if their cars could be ready for lunch time when they booked, it is very difficult to offer this if they ask when dropping vehicles off as we have already comitted this time to other customers. Had you specified a time when you were emailed the booking confirmation the situation could have been avoided. I do hope this has answered your quesions ?
