The car was picked up at the arranged time by a very polite man. He kept in contact throughout the day with updates regarding the issues he found. I was a bit warry about the amount of work needed, but was sent photo's of the items to be replaced along with a video confirming what work had been carried out and parts used. All in all a very good service was provided.
