I was not happy with the service I got I was booked in for a MOT at 1.30pm and they had not even looked at my car at 3.30pm I will not be taking my car there again if I buying another 4x4 that is the one garage I would not buy a vehicle from

We were made to feel welcome by the friendly team, MOT was completed in time specified and little bulb change that could have led to a failure was dealt with immediately, without fuss, and the car passed. So often I find this level of service missing in other garages. Well done Bristol Street Motors Mitsubishi Banbury.

Car was booked in for an MOT. The day before I had a call to confirm booking. I dropped off the car at the booked time and it was ready an hour later. Guys were polite, helpful, went through the test results and answered my questions.
