I have always been happy having my car serviced with this garage however I wasn’t informed the service department had been moved hence I went to the showroom so miscommunication somewhere. I used to get complementary clean and vacuum as part of the Service at the MOT however even though I paid for a VAC and clean this time the boot of the car was left in a terrible state and the vehicle wasn’t particularly clean otherwise perfectly happy while a little disappointed. The staff are always lovely.

Had a full service didn’t update my app told I didn’t need it had to ask them to stamp book as they didn’t want to do that so no need to go to Ford can go anywhere as they didn’t update my app for service and didn’t want to when asked

I am satisfied with the service. I needed somewhere nearby. I thought it would take all day but it didn't. I thought the staff was professional and friendly. All in all, a very good service that was done on my car.
