The member of staff who dealt with me very polite and helpful. He phoned the day before to outline the process the next day. The garage is very convenient to reach and parking a little tight but ok. I was kept informed of progress during the day and appreciated the informative video which was sent. A replacement tyre was advised and this was sorted without fuss. Checkout was very efficient. It is good to experience quality customer service and I will definitely continue to use this garage.
