A bit of an odd MOT and service. Car MOT was failed by Vertu on a headlamp issue which I'd actually had fixed independently that morning. Before I could take it back to the previous service provider to rectify or contest the failed MOT, Vertu had miraculously fixed the issue (having previously told me they'd kindly provide a price for the works). No valet provided as offered, so had to pay for that independently. Automated key drop off was good, though.

I have booked time appointment ( approximate 30 - 60 min ) and I will wait this time for the car - really it's take nearly 3h to sort my car. No communication when I was sitting in the waiting area. After 1h 15min when I ask what happened with my car the reaction was sound like I'm annoying them with the question but response was just now was taken and will take at least 1h to service. Appointment was booked for 1pm and I left garage nearly 4pm.

Easy to book online. They called me the day before to confirm. Easy check in. I left my car there and they contacted me when it was done.
