Service light was not switched off, and service paperwork not provided. When requested told I had to wait 3 days as mechanic was on holiday. Service paperwork was generic. Aircon was vibrating after collecting car, questioned garage and they stated they did not touch Aircon. Paid for car to have service at another garage (where oil and coolant needed to be topped up) and Aircon to be fixed. When telling the garage this they then said they had touched the Aircon and it was blocked. Poor service.
