Having booked a major service including brake fluid for a reasonable price, I was contacted to say "you do know this isn't using oe parts right?" I wasn't prepared for that and the cost doubled when genuine parts were quoted except that "we probably can't get them". So, I don't know whether the servicing there is any good. It ended up being more expensive than the manufacturer offering, so I went there to prevent any more playing about.. I shan't use BMG again.

Major service and mot completed and everything was smooth fast. Engine noise investigation wasn’t completed as requested but they were able to reproduce and give an indication of what it is and the cost of a further investigation estimate
