Confirmed day and am/pm of booking and awaiting call to confirm time. Garage called and offered date after MoT expired, many days after original offer from Book my Garage. Useless.

Thank you for your feedback. When a booking is placed with Formula One, they are also called to make sure that you have been contacted, and if they have filled up their availability for the requested day (if they missed that email), that they accommodate you at the earliest possible day

Avoid this garage if you can. Offering a low MOT price of £36 and free checks on the top of that (a lie),they don't tell you that you will pay additional £15 for a retest if your car fails and if a job is not done by them. Also,they tried to charge me £40 for MOT , the retest slot offered was in 11 days (u have 10 days or u pay again the full MOT price)...The worst database system, slow at the desk, never pick up the phone provided on the website. Just waist of your time and money. Never again!
