We were particularly impressed with one member of staff in particular who went out his way to get his wife to pick up a tyre from their suppliers so it could be fitted in time for us to make a journey the following morning. We have always received good service from Autowise but this time they went above and beyond to keep the customer happy.

They dropped me back home and called later to tell me that it had passed its MOT, but they had found a nail in one of my front tyres and it looked like the tracking was out. I asked them to repair the tyre and align all four wheels. They then called back to say that they could not undo the track arm bolt on the front. I had the car back and arranged for them to have it again on the Monday. This time they had another go at the front bolts, but decided it would require new track arms as seized solid. Proved to be a very expensive service and MOT, but all work required.
