I rang them to confirm my booking and time and they didn’t know about my booking. I explained the reasons for the booking and they said they can’t help me with that!!

First visit to this garage. I booked a major service online. I expected on arrival that the garage would confirm I would be getting a major service which included a brake fluid change as most other garages do. However the guy told me they only offered interim or full services. Which I found very disappointing. However as my car desperately needed a service I agreed to the full service. Undecided if I’ll be using them in future as I feel I have been misled somewhat. Regards.
