I recently took my car in for a full service and mentioned a noise coming from the vehicle. After 5 hours, they informed me that my car was ready for pickup. When I arrived, they asked me to pay the bill and immediately handed over the car without discussing the service or addressing the noise issue. They also didn't provide a checklist of what had been done or any recommendations for future maintenance. I was completely disappointed with the lack of communication and information about my car.
