Not a fan of the way they handle their customers bought a part from them and they refused to take it back when it wasn’t something I needed now I’m £50 short with a part that I don’t need❌not happy

I have been using this garage for many years so have my children, they are always friendly an welcoming, they let you know what needs doing an give you a quote, before they start any work that needs doing, I find them very reliable an always on point with what has to be done, very trustworthy and I wouldn't go anywhere else ....

The owner thinks he’s a big shot cause he owns a small back street garage very rude and aggressive, he also posts people personal details to bad reviews on google which iv reported to gdpr, hopefully he gets a big fine He also just replies pretending he doesn't recognise your name to sound innocent
