Used AA for a full service on my focus . Everything was great. Mechanic turned up on time and did the service on my driveway. Very competitive cost as well

I booked a brake fluid change for my BMW 3 Series through motservicerepair.comparethemarket.com and found the process very simple. Prices were competitive and it saved me the effort of calling around garages. One of the best options was the AA, who charged £55 to send a mechanic to my home, which suited me perfectly as I work from home. Communication from the AA was good, but customer service let them down. After booking, I called to ask about the process but the agent didn’t know anything.

After the service, the screen wash isn't working and I'm left trying to work out why; looks like a part may be missing. Also component missing from wheel cover and some tools left behind by workman.
