Regrettably, when the part arrived, we discovered it was not the correct fit for your car due to a cataloguing error from our supplier. We learned that only a genuine Honda part was available. We contacted you immediately to explain the situation and provide the revised quote. We fully respected your decision not to go ahead at the new price, and we made sure no charge was applied.
